RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY applies to products returned within 12 months of original purchase date. Returned parts with an original purchase date exceeding 12 months are subject to a minimum 40% restocking charge.

Please open and inspect your shipment immediately upon receiving it from EGGE . If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from EGGE, you may return it for exchange or balance on account. Please call us prior to returning all parts! Your EGGE sales rep will issue an identifying RGA# (return goods authorization). Please pack your return parts well and insure the contents. Returns must pass a Quality inspection and be in a re-sellable condition. ALL RETURNED PARTS WILL BE INSPECTED BY QUALITY. ANY PARTS INSTALLED OR DAMAGED ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Refunds for C.O.D. orders require 30 days, from date the returned parts are received, to process.
